15. Payments, cancellation and refunds

We only charge for work under a written agreement. Your agreement sets the price, when we invoice, how you can end the work and what happens to money you already paid. If this section and your agreement differ, the agreement applies.

• Invoices. We send an invoice for every payment. You pay by bank transfer, or by automatic bank debit (ACH, for US clients) through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Automatic bank debit. You authorize it once, when you link your bank account. We email each invoice before the debit. To withdraw the authorization, email contact@traffictotalks.com.
• Cancellation. How and when you can end the work is in your agreement.
• Refunds. If we charge you twice, charge the wrong amount or charge you by mistake, we refund the difference to the account you paid from. Other refunds follow your agreement.
• Questions about a charge. Email contact@traffictotalks.com with the invoice number, and we will sort it out with you. Please contact us before you dispute a charge with your bank.
