2. Use of our website and forms

3. Guarantee of specific results

We aim to provide professional services, but we do not guarantee specific results such as revenue growth, number of leads, appointments, conversions, or other commercial outcomes unless expressly agreed in writing.

Performance Guarantee for the Client Acquisition Program

Traffic To Talks may, at its sole discretion, offer a performance-based guarantee in connection with its Client Acquisition Program (e.g., a guarantee of a defined revenue, booked-call, or qualified-deal outcome within a defined timeframe). Any such guarantee:

  1. applies only to clients who have formally enrolled in the Client Acquisition Program through a signed agreement, order form, or written confirmation by Traffic To Talks;
  2. is subject to client-specific conditions, deliverables, and obligations that are determined individually for each client based on their business, market, offer, ad budget, sales process, and operational capacity;
  3. is not described by any single set of standardized terms, because each engagement is unique — the applicable conditions are agreed in writing on a per-client basis prior to or at the start of the engagement;
  4. requires the client to comply with all agreed-upon obligations (including but not limited to providing required materials, responding to bookings within agreed response times, attending scheduled calls, and following the agreed sales process) for the guarantee to apply;
  5. is the sole and exclusive remedy in the event the guaranteed outcome is not met, and is limited to the remedy expressly stated in that client’s individual agreement (e.g., continued service at no additional cost, or a refund of fees as defined in writing).

For clarity, marketing statements on the Traffic To Talks website or in promotional materials referring to outcome-based guarantees describe the Client Acquisition Program in general terms and do not by themselves create a binding guarantee. The applicable, binding conditions of any guarantee are exclusively those agreed in writing between Traffic To Talks and the individual client.


4. Quotes and agreements

Submitting a form, inquiry, or booking a consultation does not automatically create a contract. A business relationship only starts once both parties have clearly agreed to it in writing or by other demonstrable confirmation.


5. Intellectual property

All text, branding, designs, materials, methods, and content on our website, funnels, and communication channels remain the property of Traffic To Talks or its licensors unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use them without prior written permission.


6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traffic To Talks is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, or damages arising from the use of our website, forms, content, or communications, except in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness.
